Check out this interesting interview with Tom, posted by Collider, discussing coming back to the Marvel universe as Loki after a hiatus, and the evolution of the character.

At the end of Thor: The Dark World, Loki’s got everything he ever wanted.  How has it gone for him since?

You’ll have to wait and see. That question is answered in this film, so I’m loath to tell you because I think it’s surprising and fun.  But yeah, you’re right.  He finished Thor: The Dark World on the throne and it’s taken awhile for anyone to catch on…

Has Loki changed at all?

Yes, but that’s in his nature. He’s a mercurial spirit, and the minute you try to define him, he changes shape. Events in Ragnarok do try and inspire him to change forever… The Goddess of Death shows up, and the stakes are high for everybody, so Loki, perhaps more than ever, is challenged to define himself in the face of that threat.

(Thor: Ragnarok) Tom Explains the Relationship Between Thor and Loki

Now that Thor: Ragnarok’s release is coming closer, Tom has started to participate in various interviews, including those done while filming. Below is a snippet of the interview by Comic Book, discussing the relationship between the two brothers.

“I’ve said this about Loki before, but the opposite of love is not hate but indifference. The idea that Thor might be indifferent to Loki is troubling for him because a defining feature of his character is, ‘I don’t belong in the family; my brother doesn’t love me; I hate my brother,’” Hiddleston revealed.

Early Man

Early Man First Trailer Released

A while back, Tom lent his voice to the animated movie, Early Man. Also featuring Eddie Redmayne and Maisie Williams, it tells the story of a caveman named Dug who departs on a mission to defeat the evil Lord Nooth, who is voice by Tom himself.

The first trailer was released recently, and check out Tom’s interesting accent for the role!

[Gallery Update] The Hollywood Reporter Presents Thor: Ragnarok

While at Comic Con, the cast of Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok and Black Panther took part in a Marvel family photoshoot. Below is a snippet of the accompanying article:

Backstage at Comic-Con, THR captured Cate Blanchett, Michael B. Jordan, Mark Ruffalo and more in the first-ever star-studded portrait of the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

About 30 minutes before the stars of Disney’s and Marvel’s Black Panther and Thor: Ragnarok took to the Hall H stage at Comic-Con on Saturday, the worlds of Asgard and Wakanda collided backstage for the first-ever Marvel family photo of the two casts.

Nineteen members of the Marvel universe — led by Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige — posed for The Hollywood Reporter’s exclusive portrait backstage just moments before the studio’s presentation. From the moment they arrived, the room was full of laughter and hugs, as many of the actors were reuniting with their casts for the first time in months.

Tom is still on the promo trail for his new movie, phew, and the past few days was in Tokyo promoting. Himself, Brie and Samuel appeared on a Japanese TV Show.

[Photos] First Official Look of Loki In Thor: Ragnarok!

I would say some people may be spoiled, but isn’t this what all fans have been waiting for? Now that filming is completed, with the movie being released this year, we are finally getting our first proper look of Loki in the 3rd movie of the Thor movie series.

Not only that, but also we see Thor’s new hairstyle and a first look at Hela, which was probably my personal second favourite thing!
