While interviewing celebrities at Toronto International Film Festival, Vanity Fair asked them who they thought would be a good choice to play the next James Bond. Many names came up, such as Idris Elba, Ryan Gosgling and even Emily Blunt. Jeremy Irons named Tom, saying “He’s got style and the wit and the panach”, to which Tom hilariously replied “Bless his sainted soul…” Watch it below.
